A   PAYMENT SCHEDULE
  1. Immediately upon the signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement 5%
               
  2. Within fourteen (14) days after receipt by the Purchaser of the Vendor's written notice of the completion of:
    (a)   Foundation works 15%
    (b)   Ground floor slab, ground floor column     15%
    (c)   First floor slab, roof beam and walls in position     20%
    (d)   Roofing, internal plastering, electrical conduits (without wiring) and plumbing (without fittings)     15%
    (e)   External plastering, ceiling, doors and windows including glazing, soil, drainage and septic tank     15%
(f) Driveway, apron, perimeter drain, fencing, gate and painting 10%
(g) Certification of Completion by Architect 5%

B NOTES
Sale and Purchase Agreement Legal fee and Stamp Duty shall be borne equally by the Developer and the Purchaser(s)
Memorandum of Transfer Legal fee and Stamp Duty shall be borne equally by the Developer and the Purchaser(s)
Memorandum of Charge Legal fee and Stamp Duty fully borne by Purchaser(s)
Water and Electricity Meter fee and Deposit fully borne by Purchaser(s)
